Central telegraph
Reviving an Iconic Landmark in the Heart of Moscow
About the Project
One of Moscow’s most recognizable architectural landmarks, the historic Central Telegraph building, is set to be transformed into a premier educational campus for the newly established Central University, an initiative by T-Bank.
7 Tverskaya Street

The building will undergo a thoughtful and respectful adaptation for contemporary use, guided by the renowned London-based architectural practice David Chipperfield Architects, celebrated for its refined approach to heritage architecture. Following a meticulous restoration, scheduled for completion in 2027, the revitalized spaces will welcome more than 5,000 students and faculty members.

Vos’hod oversees the full development cycle, including restoration management, construction and finishing works, compliance with urban planning regulations, and financial coordination.
